Terms and Conditions
Orders are processed and posted daily. Orders are sent by Royal Mail using their 2nd class service so please allow a few days for delivery.
If you have still not received your order after 10 working days please contact me asap.
I alway obtain proof of posting so will do everything I can to track, trace or replace your order in the event of loss or damage.

Please contact me with a list of the items you'd like to order and I will give you an accurate postage quote.
CD's are non-returnable once opened unless they are faulty, a replacement will be given in this event.
Any goods that you wish to return unused must be done so within 7 days, all goods must be in their original packaging and completely unused. Postage for unused goods are your responsibility and a refund of postage will not be given. Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 28 days from date of receipt.
If you have any problems at all with your order please contact me immediately so we can remedy this problem quickly.
